Atchison Trinity Place is Now Open!
Homestead's newest Senior Residence Community, Trinity Place, in Atchison, Kansas is nearing completion!

Homestead Celebrates 10 Years! In September 2008, Homestead celebrated it's 10th Year in operation! Through the years we have helped over 722 first-time homebuyers in 166 rural communities achieve the dream of homeownership. The celebration was held at Holton House Bed & Breakfast in Holton, Kansas, and featured their famous homestyle chicken dinner. |

About Us Homestead Affordable Housing (HAH), Inc. We were formed in 1998 by a group of committed affordable housing professionals throughout Kansas.

Our mission is to develop affordable housing and help rural Kansas communities achieve sustainable development.
Organization
Governed by a board of directors that sets direction and policy, HAH is is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization, certified by the State of Kansas as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO).
