FAQ's
How do I know if I qualify?
- Properties accepting applications will have the income limits and minimum requirements (if applicable), occupancy guidelines (how many people can reside in a certain unit type) and any other qualifying factors such as age limits.
- It is important to note that income eligibility for affordable housing is based on gross income (before taxes are deducted). Before applying, please check your household’s circumstances against these requirements. Final eligibility determinations however are not made until applicants are selected from the waitlist, fully screened, and verified.
How do I check my waitlist status?
- The waitlist for each property is managed at the property level. Position on the waitlist is subject to change at any point in time due to many factors (applicant preferences, accessibility needs, etc.)
- Applicants can check their active status on the waitlist, bedroom size, and contact information by emailing or calling the property directly. You can find a full contact list on our "Contact Us" page.
