Our Community
Homestead Wamego is conveniently located near shopping and community services. The apartments meet the Model Energy Code. There are 32 new senior apartments and a central community center with craft areas, a library with internet access, and a dining area for community meals and gatherings.
The 26 two bedroom and 6 one bedroom apartment homes are arranged in four unit buildings, each unit with porch area and private entrances. Some two bedroom units have single car garages with private patios. Paved walking paths connect buildings and outside activity areas.
